Private MELT Sessions

Private MELT sessions are for the individual that would like one on one attention that may not be met in a group setting. Sessions last 60 minutes.

Working together with Maureen, you will learn how to:

  • Identify stuck stress in your body, a major cause of chronic aches and pains

  • Effortlessly find greater balance

  • Experience more mobility and ease of motion

  • Relieve chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and eliminate common issues such as headaches, insomnia, and bloating

  • Improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

Group MELT classes

Stay tuned for group MELT classes throughout the Portland area.

MELT offers the opportunity for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, to improve their balance, stability and tensegrity through self-treatment.

To attend a group class, participants must be comfortable enough to get on and off the floor and roller, and must be able to lie on the floor on their backs for short periods of time. If pain makes this too difficult, a private session is a better option.
